Graduation Family members of the pre-school leavers are invited to a moving on celebration at the Institute on Wednesday 20th July at 6.30pm. Unfortunately we will be unable to safely accommodate no more than two adult family members per child.  Please could you let your child’s key person know if you will be attending.

On Wednesday 13th July we will be having a beach day. If your child’s session is on Wednesday can you please drop of outside the surf club at 9am, collection and drop off at 12 also outside the surf club. The collection at 3pm will be from the little beach. Can you please pack spare clothes, suncream, hat and a named bucket & spade. If your child isn’t in on Wednesday you are more than welcome to join us, your child must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Fingers crossed for sunshine.

Tomorrow (Wednesday 13th April) we will be holding a Toddle Waddle for all the children to join in with, all the children can join in with this event.  We will be meeting at pre-school at 10.30am we will walk up to Greenfield Gardens have a waddle around the Gardens and then walk back to pre-school.  If your child does not attend on a Wednesday morning they must be accompanied by an adult.

Kelvin (Layla Teague’s dad) who is running the London Marathon in aid of Portreath Pre-school will also be joining us on the toddle waddle and it will be great to have as many children there as possible to show our support and thanks to Kelvin.

All children will be given a sponsor form, any donations will be greatly appreciated.  All the money raised through this will be used for resources at the pre-school.

Our next fundraising event will be a deli-day on Wednesday 23rd March

Rather than just having a run of the mill cake sale we thought we would broaden the range of produce to include cakes (of course) breads, jams, pickles, chutneys or anything else you can think of.

The committee will be setting up a stall at 12pm and again after pre-school at 3pm

We will also be running a book stall so any donations of food or books would be greatly received.

A date for your diary’s we are going to be doing a Toddle Waddle on 13th April (more details to follow) around the village in support of Kelvin (Layla Teague’s Dad) running the London Marathon which he has kindly offered to donate money raised to Pre-school.  There will be a sponsor form at Pre-school if you would like to sponsor Kelvin.

All money made will go towards buying valuable resources for our children.  Thank you as always for your continued support
